Please ensure that a suitable area for the delivery truck to tip the firewood is readily available and accessible. If the delivery driver is unable to safely unload the firewood due to the unavailability of a suitable tipping area or the absence of someone to assist them, the delivery may need to be rescheduled for the next available delivery window. Additionally, please note that by accepting our tip-off delivery service, the driver will not be held liable for any damages to driveways or paved surfaces incurred during the unloading process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for all of our customers.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your firewood purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a possible refund. Please note that all refunds are subject to a minimum processing time of 10 business days.
